It has been 14 good months of breastfeeding journey and still on going. I really must say I got through smoothly and thank you to those who supported me along the way. With my husband washing my breastpump to my superior letting me to have some free time of my own to do the pumping during office hours. I am happy for where I am standing now, as a mother and a wife to 2 person important in my life.  Tuesday, October 28, 2014 I wonder if majority of Asian parents practice Attachment Parenting? Older generations tend to have a thinking that your child will always want your attention if we keep attending to them especially when they cry or are emotionally uncontrolled. Just recently, one of my gf texted me telling me that her friend did not pick her 2 days old crying newborn up cause they afraid their newborn will want to be carried all the time. I was thinking how many years can you carry them? It's just temporary. Just like co-sleeping and breastfeeding. It's not taking forever, our child will grow up to be an adult too. I am going to enjoy the times I have with Isaac. 1 more day to midweek.  Monday, October 27, 2014 After numerous attempts trying to login to this blog I have finally succeeded to login. :) My last post was 3 years ago, mentioning about my dad allowing me to do a full back tattoo. Ended up I didn't manage to do cause the person no longer working here. During this 3 years lots of things happened in my life, the good and the bad. I got married in 2012, Nov 10 and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Isaac on 23rd Aug 2013. Now it's coming to an end of 2014 and I have learned a lot from being a wife to a mother. Now that my son is 14 months old, life have been very busy. Trying to run and catch the boy, cooked meals for him and do truck lots of house chores. I love having him and my husband around in my life, they are the pillar of my strength and always make the house full of laughter. Tell me what will I do without them? :)  |
