Thursday. Back in office after 3 days of leave. Had MC on monday and 2 days leave for my dragonboat orientation. Life was a torture last weekend. I was down with a fever and sore throat after a trip to JB with baby on saturday. Had an early night that day and woke up 5.30am on sunday for nike city run 10km challenge with vanessa. I felt better that morning but was worsen after my dragonboat training. Felt like death is nearing me. Had lunch with baby and got a hairdryer too. Headed back home and get some rest. Went to visit doctor the next day. ): I had my 3rd tightening yesterday. My orthodonist did scaling and polishing first before she put on the color bands for me. Manage to put the band on one of my teeth which has not been able to put it on e first 2 sessions. Am very happy with the outcome now even though it is still not very straight.  My first tightening  Second tightening. Look at the coil fitted to my teeth.  Third tightening. Went back just yesterday. Manage to put the band for e front tooth.  My teeth moved drastically after few hours of my third tightening session Till then, good bye human beings. |
