Baby went to work this morning leaving me at home sleeping like a dead log. Saturday and Sunday trainings had killed me instantly especially Sunday. Had 3 sets of 500m race with SPC and eventually we manage to pull away after some distance. Raine grumbled. I could not grasp for breath during one of the sets. Stroke rate was fast; catch and go. The national girls thought it was ok but it wasn't ok for the girls. We will see when MR500 comes. We will kill the opponents and eat our back wash. I'm sure we will come in top 3 for finals. Oh well, I needed to absorb carbo for my body to get ready. |
