2 rounds of 8 stations x 3 sets of 10reps killed me on sunday gym cus' I ached for 3 freaking days. ): Mr Azlan asked me to do chin up today during PE lesson in front of my class. I reached on time when everyone was asked to do chinups inclding e girls and initially i was the last to do. They was fascinated by the number of chinups I did. :X Went Science center with my class today to see the Body World. Pretty gross but it's really interesting to see real people. TMD,i can't donate blood tmrw in sch because : 1) Min. weight must be at least 45kg.I'm only 44kg! 2) Sch nurse have no experience at all and it's my first time donating blood. 2 more weeks to Regatta! |
